Welcome to Galatime. This platform provides calendar synchronization (e.g., Google Calendar) and online booking services, supported by integrations with Google, LINE, and Meta.
By registering, logging in, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using this platform immediately.
2. Services and Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality scheduling tools. However, we assume no legal liability for the following:
- Third-Party Sync Delays: We rely on third-party APIs (e.g., Google Calendar). We DO NOT guarantee zero latency for synchronization. We are not liable for any scheduling conflicts caused by network fluctuations or third-party server delays.
- No Intervention in Real-World Disputes: We serve solely as a digital booking tool. We DO NOT intermediate and hold NO liability for real-world execution disputes (e.g., no-shows, service failures, or refund issues).
- System Maintenance: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or due to force majeure.
3. User Conduct and Account Termination
You agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international internet practices.
- You maliciously abuse system API resources.
- You use bots to send spam bookings.
- You engage in cyber-attacks that affect our operations.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service, as well as any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
