Data Deletion Instructions
Galatime respects your right to privacy and your right to be forgotten. If you have connected your social accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LINE) and wish to permanently wipe your data from our database, please follow the steps below.

Log In
Sign in to your Galatime account via the Login Page.

Account Settings
Click on your profile at the docking bar to access the Settings panel, and navigate to your Personal Account page.

Delete Data
Scroll to the Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently wiped.
Need Manual Assistance?
If you have lost access to your account or prefer us to manually purge your data, please send an official request to our support team.
